Arvell does accept commission work. Although he will only accept commissions when his schedule permits. He may turn down offers due to his current workload and or appearance scheduling.
Commissions are not be confused with the less expensive sketches he does at events. Commissionable art may take hours, up to days to complete.
Commissions are for personal use; copyrights are not transferred. You may use the art for your social media profile/cover images, etc. However, it is not to be used for commercial purposes. No business advertisement, print media, film, billboards, etc.
You commission Arvell to do a rendering of a super hero/villain. A 50% non-fundable deposit of the agreed upon price is paid upfront.
Arvell will do a rough pencil sketch send it to you for review.
If approved - You pay the balance of payment and he will then begin work on the drawing.
If rejected - The commission process ends and your deposit covers Arvell's time and efforts up to that point. Arvell will make adjustments, based on your direction, to the pose or any action/accessories that doesn’t have anything to do with the likeness or caricature.
Any level of commission requires a non-refundable payment of 50% of the agreed upon price upfront. The remaining 50% is payable upon approval of the pencil sketch and the proceeding to final art. Once the sketch is approved and final art commences the payment of the balance is also non-refundable, and your original art is yours to own. No refunds for or revisions to the final art will be considered. All sales are final.
